The chaos and hyperactivity of producing – the tight schedules, the equipment trucks, the talent, the catered meals - can easily seduce and distract from detail that producers must track to ensure the required production assets, documentation and receipts to make the post-production, marketing and administration aspects flow smoothly.

 

The aim of MBI’s producing program is to deliver hands-on training that leads to in-depth knowledge and skills acquisition in keys areas of producing that can lead to meaningful careers in producing, business affairs administration, Sales & Distribution.

 

Working individually and in teams on original projects, students leave the program with a thorough understanding of the production process. Courses encourage creativity. Not only do students learn what a complete production bible is, they create their own. They also learn how to complete typical contracts and forms and then go out into marketplace equipped with useable templates of these documents.
